Update PCP-256, Polycarbonate Food Pan - Fourth Size 6" D

Update polycarbonate (PC) food pans are rugged and can withstand a surprisingly broad temperature band of -40°F through 212°F. Polycarbonate pans are also break-resistant and won't bend, crack or dent. These pans are quieter than their metal counterparts. Outer graduation markings allow for easy inventory management. These marks appear in both standard and metric measurements. Clean-up is quick and easy due to the PC construction being resistant to food oils and acid.
