Complies with and listed under ANSI/NSF-7-1997-6.3.

All stainless steel front, top and cabinet ends. Matching aluminum fi nished back.

Stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lid and hood maintains uniform pan temperature, locks in freshness and minimizes condensation. Removable for easy cleaning.

113/4" (299 mm) deep full length removable cutting board included. Sanitary, high- density, NSF approved white polyethylene provides tough preparation surface.

Foamed-in-place, high density polyurethane insulation (CFC free).

What is liftgate and do I need it?

When the shipping or receiving address does not have a loading dock, manual loading or unloading is necessary. A liftgate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can raise and lower a shipment from the ground to the truck. If you do not have a loading dock and your item is over 100 lbs, you need liftgate service.
