So far, we see application of these units in ethnic restaurants and local or national chains, serving Greek, Mexican, Mediterranean cuisines. The two smaller units - GR40E and GR60E - have two separately controlled heating zones, the larger one - GR80E - has three. These are truly operator-friendly machines: the whole back heating assembly slides toward or away from the spit, so the operator does not need to handle a heavy, hot and greasy part of the machine.
