SPACE SAVER GAS DECK OVEN

If you need a great all purpose roasting deck oven but don't have room for one of Blodgett's full size ovens, the Space Saver 911 Gas Deck Oven may be just what you need. Built with the same quality Blodgett construction, the 911 has a smaller footprint than other ovens but can still be stacked one, two or even three ovens high.

Ovens consist of basic sections and are a complete and separate unit capable of operating alone or in combination.

- Burner doors open easily for ignition, cleaning or adjustment,without removal of any fastenings
- Vitreous fiber insulation at top, back, sides, bottom and doors

- Removable fixed orifices on main and pilot burner
- Main gas valve, tempewrature control valve and safety pilot valve fully within section body and are - accessible through a covered and ventilated compartment in front
- Air mixers with adjustable air shutters and locking device
- Liquid pressure thermostat with temperature range of 200F (93 C) to 500 F (288 C)
