APW Wyott HDC-4P, Pass Thru Heated Display Cabinet - Pizza

Great way to merchandise Pizza without drying out product. Stainless steel construction, large tempered glass windows, 1” adjustable legs and reversible hinged door. Features revolving display rack that stops when door is opened. Four shelves accommodating 18” diameter pans. Handles crispy or moist food equally well, with air convection heater (dry) and humidity water heater (moist). Model comes standard with pizza rack & pizza decal.

Maximum Versatility
• Holds a variety of foods with different merchandising options:
• Pizza Racks with four shelves holding pizzas up to 18”D.
• Pretzel Rack capable of holding 36 large pretzels.
• Sandwich or Crispy Chicken racks with four shelves.
• Pizza and Pretzel rack options utilize a Revolving stainless steel spindle, creating the maximum product appeal and sales. Rack stops revolving when door opens.
• Handles Crispy or Moist Food equally well with unique combination of Air Convection Heater and Humidity Water Heater.
• Air Convection Heater features a 700-Watt system.
• Humidity Water Heater utilizes a 500-Watt system and a 3-quart water holding unit.
• Rear door is reversible to allow for placement in all tight corners or counter set-ups.
• Convertible to a front-access self serve model with Pass through door option (HDC-4P).
• Able to switch form one product group to another with minimal parts and graphics accessories.

Easy to Operate and Maintain
Labor for filling water heater is minimal. Water Heater can hold enough water for 6 hours of operation at the high setting.
• Easy to stock pizza, pretzels or other foods and access product through heavy-duty hinged doors in the back.
• Features a Water Heater Warning Light that will alert employees to re-fill water in tank. Water Heater will disconnect if water runs out in tank.
• Stainless steel interiors and exteriors are easy to wipe
