Walk among the fish ponds and fountains to the gentle surf. Take the kids to the play area or the Kamaole Sands wading pool. Work your muscles on the tennis courts, then loosen them up in the jet spa. Mix and mingle with new friends around the barbque.

Take the sunset strolls you came for. Later, head back to your island retreat to your where you’ll appreciate all the conveniences of home: a fully-equipped kitchen, private lanai, high-speed Internet, color cable TV, air conditioning, and plenty of room to spread out.

Enjoy water adventures everywhere. Snorkeling or scuba diving... Ride the wind on a sailing adventure. Take in higher views of Mount Haleakala on a parasailing flight. Drive in the other direction a bit farther, and you’ll come to exciting and colorful Lahaina, an old whaling village that harks back to the 1840s. Today, it is a vibrant oceanfront lined with numerous restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and shops. How about an evening of authentic Hawaiian cuisine, music, dance, and crafts? Old Lahaina Luau is a guaranteed night of culture-filled fun.

Our suite has parking just below your entrance door.

The parking is wide because it adjoins a no parking space.
We love the convenience. You will too!

This is a two bedroom two bath...Two story residence.
Two king size beds and a comfortable living room sofa bed offer many possibilities for sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen is fully equipped. What you need is on hand, whether you are setting a table or just serving refreshments.

Reverse Osmosis Water is installed. You will not have to purchase bottled water.

The taste of our water is great!

The private lanai is our favorite place when we want to relax without leaving home. Most of the time it is shaded perfectly for reading and napping.

Rental Rates

Rates based on double occupancy.
Maximum 6 guests.
7 night minimum.

Special rates made for availability between some reservations. Call or email to inquire.

In addition to basic room rate per night...

12.25% HI tax.

Add one time $225.00 cleaning fee
(No cleaning fee for one month rental or longer.)


Refundable $250.00 security deposit


$15 check in fee paid at the desk at Kamaole Sands Office.


10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer during Value Season.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
$100 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from check-in.
$100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days.
$250.00 fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days.
No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.

Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

HOUSE RULES
This is a Non Smoking rental. This includes the Lanai
No Pets are permitted

CLEANING THE APARTMENT
If your vacation is longer than 7 days
We can provide you a lead to a cleaning person for a resonable fee.
We recommend having the apartment cleaned weekly.
You will enjoy your stay even more.
