You’ll be just steps from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of the best swimming beaches on Maui.

Walk among the fish ponds and fountains to the gentle surf. Take the kids to the play area or the Kamaole Sands wading pool. Work your muscles on the tennis courts, then loosen them up in the jet spa. Mix and mingle with new friends around the barbque.

Take the sunset strolls you came for. Later, head back to your island retreat to your where you’ll appreciate all the conveniences of home: a fully-equipped kitchen, private lanai, high-speed Internet, color cable TV, air conditioning, and plenty of room to spread out.

There are golf and health club facilities nearby.

Enjoy water adventures everywhere. Snorkeling or scuba diving... Ride the wind on a sailing adventure. Take in higher views of Mount Haleakala on a parasailing flight. Drive in the other direction a bit farther, and you’ll come to exciting and colorful Lahaina, an old whaling village that harks back to the 1840s. Our suite has parking just below your entrance door.

The parking is wide because it adjoins a no parking space.
We love the convenience. You will too!

This is a two bedroom two bath...Two story residence.
Two king size beds and a comfortable living room sofa bed offer many possibilities for sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen is fully equipped. What you need is on hand, whether you are setting a table or just serving refreshments.

The private lanai is our favorite place when we want to relax without leaving home. Most of the time it is shaded perfectly for reading and napping.

Rental Rates

Our Rates are based 4 guests occupancy.
Maximum 6 guests.
7 night minimum.
We charge a $100 fee per night for more than 4 adult guests.
We do not charge charge a fee for children under 18.

FAQ: Yes we have a properly sized window mounted AIR CONDITIONING unit for your comfort.

Yes there is a WASHER AND DRYER in the apartment.

A new refrigerator was installed Spring of 2011

There is a large swimming pool and hot tub area

In addition to basic room rate per night...

#1. Add $225.oo for condo cleaning fee.
This covers freshening before you arrive and a thorough cleaning after you leave.
(No cleaning fee for one month rental or longer.)

#2. 13.25% HI State tax.
(Total the room fee and cleaning fee together to calculate your taxes.)

#3. Refundable $250.00 security deposit

The total of these 3 items added to the basic room rate will give you the cost of rental.

$25 check- in fee paid at the desk at Kamaole Sands Office.





CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your refund will be a $100 processing fee up to 30 days before arrival in Maui.
Your refund will be prorated less $250 if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival in Maui.

HOUSE RULES
This is a Non Smoking rental. This includes the Lanai
No Pets are permitted

CLEANING THE APARTMENT
If your vacation is longer than 7 days
We can provide you a lead to a cleaning person for a resonable fee.
We recommend having the apartment cleaned weekly.
You will enjoy your stay even more.
