The Job Description: Provide on-site troubleshooting, shop repairs, preventative maintenance, and warranty work necessary in maintaining food service equipment for commercial kitchens and laundry operations. A partial list of equipment we service includes: ovens, griddles, fryers, steamers, toasters, warmers, cook tops, ware washing equipment, dishwashers, disposals, beverage equipment, refrigerators and freezers, reach-ins, walk ins, make up tables and ice machines. No AC repair required. You would be expected to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing on-site solutions to keep the customer’s equipment up and running. Respond to emergency service calls when needed. Work 40 to 60 hours per week.
Qualifications: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience doing equipment maintenance Self-motivated & customer oriented attitudes Previous technical training, licenses and or certification preferred such as (EPA Type 1 or 2 Certification, CFESA certification) Valid drivers license High School Diploma A Good driving record Communication skills
