Salvajor 200, Food Waste Disposer - 2 HP

Food waste disposers are the most sanitary and environmentally friendly way to deal with waste in a food service establishment. They are best suited for a typical restaurant with a single door dishmachine. One disposer with a pre-rinse spray can handle up to 800 dishes per hour.

SPECIFICATIONS

CORROSION RESISTANT BODY
Exterior housing is molded of tough, corrosion-resistant 356 aluminum alloy which is heat treated for even more durability.

TEFLON LIP WATER SEAL
Protects the motor from damage by water.

TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
Provides longer motor life, quiet operation and shock absorbing.

WATER COOLED MOTOR
Provides maximum efficiency and longer life. Water-cooled motor runs much cooler than the typical fan cooled motor.

QUIET OPERATION
Extra thick rubber mounting adaptor and drain outlet isolates sound and eliminates vibration.

DUAL DIRECTION GRINDING
Designed to operate in either direction. Direction of rotation can be controlled when installed with automatic reversing controls. Reversing rotation can double cutting teeth life.

SHREDDER
8 inch diameter, machined high strength, wear resistant hardened carbide alloy.

ROTOR
8 inch diameter with 2 cutter bars, machined high strength, wear resistant hardened carbide alloy.

• Uniform Housing allows all Salvajor disposers from 3/4 to 7-1/2 horsepower to share the same set of dimensions.
• Larger mixing chamber allows a better water-to-waste ratio allowing for built-in water flow restriction which saves thousands of dollars per year.
• Correctional Offset Chute is made of stainless steel and designed to prevent the accidental or forceful insertion of hands into the disposer.
• Short top housing allows all Salvajor disposers from 3/4 to 7-1/2 horsepower to fit under a 14" deep sink.
• Disposer adaptor kits permit Salvajor to replace any other brand on the market.
