The reliability of the new iceValet™ will keep your guests supplied with ice always, so you can pay attention to their other needs. Because it is so reliable, it will be like adding another
member to your staff.

This sleek-looking family is available in 22” and 30” widths and features an easy to use ice dispensing chute. The 22” wide unit offers storage up to 120 lbs. while the 30” unit stores up to 180 lbs.

Both units feature a new and improved sink depth of 7.75” that will accommodate virtually every sized hotel ice bucket. Plus,
the 30” wide model is available with optional coin/token mechanism or water filler.

Scotsman Hotel Dispensers only dispense full and half cubes.

Ice ONLY Dispensers

Because self-serve beverages are one of a convenience store's most profitable products, the dispensing equipment is extremely important. It has got to be easy for customers to use, easy to maintain and it must have outstanding reliability.

Dispensers are ideal for hospitals, cafeterias, restaurants and offices. As a guideline for ice usage, assume that customers will use 4oz. of ice per 12oz. cup; 7oz. per 20oz. cup; and 10oz. per 32oz. cup.

Specifically designed to meet the strict requirements of health care facilities, the Scotsman TouchFree icemaker/water dispenser is becoming a favorite for patient care, food service and laboratories.

Ice Maker & Water dispensers eliminate the use of levers and buttons because their uniqueinfrared sensor design that determines when to dispense ice or water. Ice Makers & Water dispensers provide a high level of sanitation since the ice is untouched as it is produced and dispensed.

The TouchFree Icemaker/Water Dispensers comply with the most stringent require-
ments of the National Sanitation Foundation and the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Determining ice usage depends on how and where you’re using the ice. For hospitals, you should plan on using 7lbs. per patient and 2lbs. per employee per day. To be safe, you may want to add 20% to that usage to accommodate future growth or peak demand periods.

Nugget Ice Dispensers

The most common form of ice in the commerical industry. Eighty percent of restaurants choose ice machines that make cubed ice.

Cube ice is clear and comes in various shapes —rectangular, full cube, half cube, gourment, contour, or other regular shapes. The largest dimension is about 1.25 inches (3.18 centimeters). Flaked ice is the most economical to produce and ideal for rapid cooling. Fills in around foods, unlike cubes that create warm air pockets that melt your ice. Ice nuggets are an increasingly popular option. Consumer prefered, this new and exciting ice is very cost effective.
