What is liftgate and do I need it?

When the shipping or receiving address does not have a loading dock, manual loading or unloading is necessary. A liftgate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can raise and lower a shipment from the ground to the truck. If you do not have a loading dock and your item is over 150 lbs, you need liftgate service.

If you need liftgate service, be sure to let us know when you order. Put a check in to the liftgate box, above the Buy now button.

Be sure to check your shipment immediately for freight Damage. If you sign for the shipment and the damage is not reported at the time of delivery the freight company will not accept any liability.
