Globe GC512, Chefmate 12" Heavy Duty Compact Manual Slicer

The slicer features a 1/3 HP motor and gear driven knife for slicing tough product like cheese. All food contact areas and removable receiving tray are stainless steel, which improves sanitation and eases cleaning. The knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning.
