Cooper-Atkins Corporation warrant to the original purchaser, products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This limited warranty excludes all batteries. This warranty does not include failure due to using the product in a manner not consistent with the instructions.
