Cooper Atkins 470-0-8, The 470 Mini Infrared Non-Contact Thermometer

Non-Contact Infrared Thermometers measure surface temperatures fast, avoiding cross-contamination, during temperature checks. Infrared instruments are used for quick assessment in receiving, storage and holding areas, steam tables, and salad bars. An infrared thermometer can go from a kitchen to a cold storage area and still provide accurate readings when given the time to acclimate to the ambient temperature.

The 470 Mini Infrared Non-Contact Thermometer is easy to use. Just aim at the object, press the button, and read the surface temperature in 1 second or less. The pocket-sized design is very compact and you can use the lanyard to wear it around your neck.

It has a temperature range of -27° to 428°F / -33° to 220°C with ±3.6F° / ±2.0C° accuracy or 2% whichever is greater, and 1:1 D:S (Distance to Spot), and has memory for maximum / minimum values, and lock function for long-term monitoring.
