Saturn 100-CRB-15, 100-Series Silmline Gas Char-Rock CharBroilers - 15"

15” Char-rock Char-broiler with (1) burner

Saturn 100-Series Char-rock Char-broilers are designed to fit any operation and produce great looking, flavorful food. Easy to operate and available in widths of 15”, 24”, 36”, and 48”.

Standard features include:
• Heavy-gauge stainless front, sides and grease can
• Individually-controlled 38,000 BTU H-type burners for every 12”
• Stainless steel burner covers and pilot shield provide maximum and even heat distribution
• Forward-slanting, heavy cast-iron top grates have cast-in grease trough to move excess grease to the full-width grease gutter and drip pan to prevent flare-up
• Self-cleaning pumice rock is light and long-lasting
• Cast-iron top grates are 5” x 21” sections so they are easy to remove and to clean
• Cast-iron lower grates are 8” x 15” waffle style grates support char-rock and allow proper air flow and combustion
• No tools needed to remove grates, burners, char-rock or interior liner
