The Impinger Dual-Technology Finisher (DTF) combines Lincoln's patented air impingement with high-intensity infrared heating elements to achieve superior bake times and crispness. If you're looking to "get into the sandwich business" with a minimal amount of investment in time and money, the Dual Technology Finisher (DTF) is the unit for you!

Specs:

High velocity air impinges the food for rapid heat transfer, uniformity and doneness, while the IR elements provide superior browning, toasting and crisping. This dual-technology allows the DTF to cook up to 2 times faster than conventional air impingement, and up to 4 times faster than convection ovens. The DTF is designed to produce hot toasted sandwiches in 45-90 seconds, which targets the ever-growing quick service sandwich market. Variable speed conveyor moves products through the finisher, improving product flow during cooking and virtually eliminating labor. Consistency of conveyorized product movement is a definite advantage over batch type ovens, as it eliminates the need for constant tending. The DTF also boasts a cool-skin technology that keeps the exterior cool to the touch.
