Groen SSB-5E-LH-208-3, SmartSteam Boilerless Convection Steamer, 5 Pan, Electric, Countertop

SmartSteam100™ Boilerless Steamers offer the convenience of boilerless steamers with twice as much cooking power. You’ll get a fast, high-capacity steamer that’s easy to install, operate and maintain.

Self-contained, atmospheric, electric-heated steam generating reservoir. Construction is all stainless steel. Cavity has a powerful side-mounted blower to circulate steam. Standard operating controls include: an on-off rocker switch; electronic timer, with continuous steam, timed steam and stop buttons; READY light. Door is field reversible and equipped with an easy-open latch and hidden magnetic door switch. The atmospheric steam generating reservoir doesn't require a pressure gauge or switches, has an automatic drain and a 12 KW of dry element heating capacity. Steamer is READY in 15 minutes from a cold start and provides warm cavity, instant steam capability.

Perfect for Pasta, Rice, Vegetables (Fresh & Frozen), Seafood (Fresh & Frozen), Poultry, Potatoes, Eggs, Meats, Reheat Cook-Chill & Prepared Foods.
