The most popular use of this oven is to bake pizza. The intensity of heat reached by the top and bottom heating
elements (able to obtain up to 660 F) and the fire hearth brick permit the creation of authentic tasting and looking pizza.

The high heat of the SODIR oven allows pizza to cook quickly without drying out the crust, while the brick baking
surface results in the authentically delicious taste. The speed of baking is remarkable. These high speed pizza ovens are available in 208/240v or 120v.

Additional uses for these ovens are for finishing or cheese melting side orders, such as potato skins or garlic bread. The recovery is fast and allows for continuous production.
