Equipex PSE-400, Sodir Countertop Electric Griddles

Compact heavy duty griddles designed for controlled cooking with high energy efficiency

These units would find their application in locations that do not have a large area for a large griddle, yet require an occasional or low to medium volume grilling of meats, fish, hamburgers, sausages, eggs, pancakes, etc. These units provide even distribution of heat due to the cast iron surface. The larger unit - PSE-600 - has two cooking zones with separate controls for each. The temperature on the griddles reaches up to 580°F. The griddles are equipped with a large, full-length drip tray in front of the unit and integral back and side splashes. Both models are available in 120V and 208/240V, enhancing the versatility of the units.
