Equipex PCC-400, Sodir Countertop Electric Griddles, Chrome

Satin finished cold-rolled steel plates

These units would find their application in locations that do not have a large area for a large griddle, yet require an occasional or low to medium volume grilling of meats, fish, hamburgers, sausages, eggs, pancakes, etc. Chrome coated highly polished plate assures fast, even cooking and simple clean up. The larger unit - PSS-600 - has two cooking zones with separate controls for each. The temperature on the griddles reaches up to 570°F. The griddles are equipped with a large, full-length drip tray in front of the unit and integral back and side splashes. Both models are available in 120V and 208/240V, enhancing the versatility of the units.
