Equipex FC-60G, Sodir Half Size Electric Countertop Convection Ovens With Broiler, 4 Racks

From pastries to entrees... Bakes fast and evenly, intensifies and seals in flavor

Applications range from caterers and small on-site bakeries to restaurants and chains for off-line production and dessert stations, due to a high capacity and a small footprint. The ovens are available in both 208/240V and in a regular plug-in 120V. The latter is perfect for long bake-time products or for caterers. The models with the broiler option (also in 208/240V or 120V)are a perfect addition to the dessert station in any restaurant.

WITH TURBOQUARTZ® features infrared overhead broiling elements - convection and broiling modes operate separately or in combination.
