Product Descriptions:

Duke WB303, Aerohot Steamtable Wet Bath Unit, 3 Wells, Gas

Aerohot Steamtables offer both efficiency and economy, and
are available in many sizes with a variety of standard and optional features. All units are constructed with stainless steel bodies, legs and undershelves. They have 7" wide poly carving boards on stainless bases with stainless brackets.

The Aerohot Gas Wet Bath has an 8" deep stainless liner, with a 15,000 BTU single burner mounted 3" below the liner of 2 and 3 section units. There is a hi-med-low adjustable gas valve to control the burner, and a safety pilot is provided. One gas pressure regulator in each unit.

Duke's gas units are designed to accommodate both natural or propane gas with galvanized liner or wet bath. Gas units are available as stationary units only. Poly carving board is standard on all Aerohot gas foodwarmer units.
