High velocity precision targeted air flow distribution for consistent, repeatable baking result. Ideal for a variety of cooking applications including pizza, seafood, omelettes and other egg dishes, pre-cooked meats, cookies, bakery products, heating plated Mexican food and hot submarine sandwiches.
