Vulcan Kettles use low maximum temperature and operating pressure for roasting meats, simmering soups, stews, sauces and cooking vegtables.

Fast-cooking kettles features hemisphere design kettle bottom for superior heat transfer.

Standard Features:

• Direct steam, stainless steel, 2/3 jacketed floor mounted steam kettle.
• Stainless steel enclosure for steam control valve and self locking tilt mechanism.
• Kettle tilts forward 90° to completely empty.
• Faucet bracket.
• Tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet.
• Operates with 5 psi (0.4 kg/cm2) through 35 psi (2.4 kg/cm2) direct steam, includes safety valve.
• Steam control assembly includes nickel plated condensate
return line strainer and steam trap.
