Vulcan Kettles use low maximum temperature and operating pressure for roasting meats, simmering soups, stews, sauces and cooking vegtables.

Fast-cooking kettles features hemisphere design kettle bottom for superior heat transfer.

• Nickel plated condensate return line, steam trap and supply
