PowerSteam™ enables higher production in a smaller footprint than other types of cooking equipment and requires less labor. Featuring exclusive capabilities with both super-heated steam—235°F as it enters the cooking compartment and staged filling which prevents "killing the boil" resulting in faster cooking times with continuous high-volume steam.
