Counter Boilerless/Connectionless Electric Steamer : VPX3 Our unique steam-generating system requires no drain or water connections, eliminating the need for costly filter and deliming. Boilerless Steamers are ideal for staples such as potatoes, rice and other vegetables. Contact your local Vulcan Representative for other cooking applications and techniques.
