This impressive design doesn't skimp on a single detail. The low profile cook top is full of smart and intuitive details, including a full-width crumb tray to catch grease and debris for easier clean-up. Unlike other manufacturers who use sheet metal or aluminized steel burners, we built our Charbroiler off a 27" chassis with all cast iron burners, which are field-proven to last longer.

- Underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip areas.
- 3/4" rear gas connection and convertible gas pressure regulator for LP service.
- Constructed standard for natural gas service. LP conversion kit supplied with unit.
