Solaris EP-80-K, Electric Pedestal Kettle - 80 Gallon

Standard Features:
- Double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Jacket enclosure contains factory sealed distilled water
- bottom of the kettle has hemispherical design for superior heat circulation
- Pedestal base has four, 7/16" holes for securing unit to the floor
- Controls shall be integrally mounted: power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off
- Removable elements
- Spring assist hinged stainless steel domed cover
- Operates in a temperature range of 165°F to 285°F (74°C to 140°C)
