HEAVY-DUTY GAS MANUALLY-CONTROLLED GRIDDLES

The Saturn 500-Series griddles offer numerous heavy-duty features as stan- dard. These griddles have high BTU output to handle demanding and diverse cooking applications. Used alone or with other Saturn countertop equipment.

Standard features include:
• Heavy-gauge stainless front, front ledge, and sides
• Smooth welded steel seams and edges
• 30,000 BTU U-type burner located every 12"
• Individual continuous pilot for each burner
• Highly polished steel griddle plates in either 3/4" thickness
• Griddle plates are 24" deep for greater cooking capacity
• 2" high splash guards
• 3" wide grease trough
