The Frymaster MJ45 Series fryers are specifically designed for high volume fryinger, and feature open pot design. The exclusive 1-degree (F) action thermostat anticipates rapid rate of temperature rise, reducing temperature overshoot, extending shortening life and producing a more uniformly-cooked product.
