Our convection ovens are compact, professional and attractive, making them very versatile for a variety of applications in different markets. In-store supermarket product tasting is one such application. Caterers find these units incredibly useful for transporting and re-thermalizing. Hotels and bakeries with on-premises restaurants and cafes may use these ovens for front-of-the-house counter merchandizing/baking, so their customers may see and smell the products they are consuming.
These ovens are well suited for traditional uses in cafés, restaurants and kiosks that require a unit with a small footprint for quality baking.
Business and industry cafeterias are ideal market segments, permitting baking to be done in view of the customer, therefore enhancing the quality of the product offered and its merchandizing.
The non-traditional market segments also include eateries in the supermarkets, the on-site product sampling carts in supermarkets and meal stations in nursing homes. Even hospitals may potentially be interesting locations, if they choose to bring in breakfast-carts to the floor for patient feeding.
The baking time is decreased slightly compared to conventional ovens, because a heat pattern is created by the rear-mounted fan, allowing a more even heat distribution throughout the cavity.
Off peak food preparation in any high volume operation provides an opportunity for the FC series ovens to relieve high production equipment and reduce operating costs for the operator.
